Training Packages

Champagne Fitness sessions are very competitively priced based on the package size you commit to. Private and group packages are available in sets of 10, 20, 40, or 80 sessions. Clients are encouraged to go a few sessions before they decide what package they want to commit to.  If for whatever reason you decide that Champagne Fitness is not a good fit for you, the fee for that first session is on the house.


A pricing sheet will be provided at the end of your first session.

Champagne Fitness offers private one-on-one sessions as well as group sessions up to 3 clients at once.  Group rates are a reduced pricing based on how many people share the session.  You must provide your own partner or group.  For group sessions, each client can sign up for different length packages if they chose.

As you can understand, my rates are sometimes changing therefore I do not put them directly on this site.  At the end of your first introductory session, I will give you an informational packet that has all your questions answered which includes a current pricing sheet with all the different packages I offer for private and group training.  If for whatever reason you don’t think Champagne Fitness is a good fit, that introductory session will be on the house.  No payment for that intro session is necessary unless you return for additional sessions.  I feel that nobody should be obligated to pay for something they know nothing about.  Come meet me and experience a session first before you commit to any package!

Nutrition is a crucial part to your training program and will amplify or diminish your results from the physical work you have just completed. For your body to perform, recover and look the best, these nutritional supplements have been proven to be extremely effective after resistance training exercise. The supplements are not mandatory, but are highly recommended and are included for free, every session, regardless of the training package that you sign up for.

After a weight training workout, your muscle tissue has been broken down and needs a combination of protein and carbohydrates to recover effectively. By consuming these supplements right after your workout, the calories and nutrients will be stored as energy in your muscle tissue, not as body fat. It will also help reduce your carb cravings later in the evening, the worst time to have carbohydrates. These calories after your workout are crucial, especially for those looking to lose weight and keep on lean muscle.

10 Sessions

(-$5/session) – A good package for people looking to jumpstart a new routine which they can take elsewhere or best for someone looking to do sporadic sessions every so often.

20 Sessions

 (-$10/session) – Great for new, short term committed clients

40 Sessions

(-$15/session) – The most popular package and a great value.

80 Sessions

(-$20/session) – The best value.  Yes, that’s an additional $20 off of the standard session rate!  Great for families sharing an account or individual, long term, frequently training clients.
